Filezy (filezy.app) is a property of Zera Technologies and is operated by Zera Technologies. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The service

Filezy provides free file tools that run in your web browser. The tools are provided for your own lawful use. We do not require an account and do not charge for access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Filezy to process material you do not have the right to process, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, or in any way that breaks applicable law. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, or to redistribute it as your own service.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. File processing can fail, and unusual or damaged files may not be handled correctly. Always keep a copy of your original files. We are not liable for lost, corrupted, or incorrectly processed files, or for any loss arising from use of the site.

Your files

Files are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us. We therefore hold no copy of them, claim no rights over them, and cannot recover them for you. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and branding of this site belong to Filezy and to Zera Technologies, and may not be copied or reused without permission. The tools make use of third-party open-source libraries, which remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their own licences. Nothing in these terms affects your ownership of the files you process.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or withdraw tools, and may modify these terms, at any time and without notice. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
